Max adapted quite well to attending school full-time and has made many friends. He's learning so much there.
He continues to be in-love with the dog (Gauss) who seems to have adjusted to having a little brother.
Max is continuing to develop a broader vocabulary and every once in awhile links two words together. Here's a rundown of what he's up to developmentally:
- he lets us know when he's soiled his diaper (he's 18 months) so we're going to start potty training
- he is quite good at feeding himself
- lately he's gotten good at asking for what foods he wants: cookie, cereal bar, cup, cheese
- he can ask for his "baby" which is his baby doll
- he loves to put lids on and off of Tupperware
- he really loves to help Mommy and Daddy - when he doesn't want his diaper changed I just tell him that I need his help and then he complies
- he's really good at cleaning up his toys
